Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging and attach the return shipping label to the outside of the box.
Receive Your Refund
Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
